Climate Finance Pledge ^{Race for COP27}

Paris, France, 21 March 2022 - Climate Investors is an OpenDoTank movement to translate, within in the practical daily job, the "Climate Science Facts" into the "Climate Investment Needs", with a continuous willingness to find-out the frontiers of speed, scale and timing to face the pre-programmed risks of climate issues. In that sense, based on the three fondamental assets (understanding, willingness, inclusive empowerment) the OpenDoTank announces the founding Task-force augmented (open by a selected process) to include this Ethics Willingness within the Climate-related Financial Disclosures:

• TEWCFD, Task-Force for Ethics Willingness Climate-related Financial Disclosures

• Animate by Talented Practitioners, as a distributed team, diversity of backgrounds, ages, gender, global regions, type organizations (Public, Private, NGOs, Policy Makers, etc)

• a key and complementary support to TCFD-FSB, Sciences Based Targets Initiatives and all the ongoing ESG norms in progress.

The driven mission is:

• advocating for a new generation of pro-active and courageous Executive board members and advisors within committees, and measuring the risks and costs of bad decisions and recruitment within those committees.

• researching a practical & better consciousness by decision makers of the "Why, What, How" Investing or Divesting, in order to meet as fast as possible the climate goals and reduce the risks not only for the "business as usual" expectations, but far-beyond for billions of People (and the future ones) and the Planet.

• co-designing the scheme of what is a full-stack board really aligned with climate issues, by highlighting and promoting best-practices & opportunities offer by those courageous works and People.

This founding line-up Team takes its roots during the COP26, by working to raise-up the CallFromParis, to highlight the urgent need to create the ICA, International Climate Agency, the enabler mission agency, fully dedicated to face climate change for the world. Within the "Lab of ClimateInvestors.ORG" we will develop a tool-box activities for Public & Private decision makers to implement easier the TEWCFD to facilitate the job when tricky decisions come. We prepare a team presentation to better share TEWCFD during the ClimateTechAwards 2022, 17 November 2022, in same time as the COP27.
